    Operation

    Optimised operational processes.

Two white eTrucks from Mercedes-Bent Trucks stand side by side at charging stations on a wet parking lot that reflects the vehicles and the surroundings. The sun shines brightly in the sky, creating strong glare and long shadows, while trees and buildings are visible in the background.

With the Charging Network, the number of fast-charging points outside your own depot is increased. Company-owned charging options are made available for public use.

As the operator of a depot with your own power supply equipment you can use it more efficiently: By allowing additional external users you can monetise surplus capacities and thereby open up an additional source of income for your company. At the same time you retain a high degree of planning certainty, thanks to a digital booking system for precise charging time slots. As a host you benefit from a reliable payment system through which all transactions are processed and by which you receive payment for all charging sessions.

As a guest you gain more planning certainty for your transport operations through access to a Europe-wide e-charging network with the ability to charge any of your e-trucks at all participating depots. This also allows you to charge on the go at attractive prices. Via the provided digital platform, including an app and a charging card, depot search, booking and billing work quickly, flexibly and simply.

We will gladly advise you on TruckCharge and the Charging Network, or register directly.

    Digital charge management

All charging stations digitally networked and charging processes centrally controlled: With Fleetboard Charge Management, you control your charging park and optimise the use of your electric trucks.

    Charging card

    Digital payment.

With the charging card1,2 for Mercedes‑Benz Trucks you can also bridge distances beyond the maximum range of your electric truck. The payment process while charging at public charging points in Europe3 is cashless and simple.

    Public charging

You gain access to the growing public network of partner UTA Edenred, with around 900 operators in 28 countries3. With the optional UTA eCharge® app you can find suitable charging points nearby or at your destination and view station details. You can control your charging session easily via the app.

    Vehicle-related card

The charging card is issued separately for each electric truck. No driver registration is required, so the card can be used by multiple drivers. All costs for charging services on the road that are processed with the card can be allocated to the respective truck.

    Additional mobility services

Whether fees for tolls, tunnels, bridges or ferries, car washes or parking in secure parking areas – the handling of these mobility services is also made easier with the charging card.
